Year End 2022 Micro Market Reports

Vail Valley Year End 2022 Micro Market Reports Comparing 2021 to 2022

So the once in a lifetime migration pattern shift that Covid created throughout the world is finally concluding and a more normal pattern has emerged, including in the Vail Valley.  Nothing will ever be the same as people have come to the determination that they can now live anywhere much of the time and they prefer to live in certain areas over others.  Many people are not giving up their properties in Colorado and other similarly desirable areas which is causing inventory to be even lower than last year.  Transaction and sales volume to be down but prices are up on average albeit at a much less frightening pace than it was previously.

Every region in Colorado, and the world, is unique so we prefer to provide details not only by MLS area but also by sub areas within that particular market.  To aid in presenting an accurate picture of each of the areas that make up Colorado, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty presents the annual Year End Micro Market Reports, representing the metrics of many key and beloved neighborhoods throughout LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Colorado Markets.
