LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Quarter 3 2019 Micro Market Report analyzed the real estate performance and trends for January – September 2019 compared to that of 2018. Results for Eagle County as a whole showed an increase in both sold properties (+2%) and total sales volume (2.1%). The town of Vail saw a decrease by 5.8% for days on market. Bachelor Gulch saw a dramatic increase of 32.6% for average price.
