LIV Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced its exclusive association with the Club at Cordillera in Vail Valley.

“The elegantly appointed homes located in Cordillera are magnificent and fit naturally within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. We are proud to represent them,” said Dan L. Fitchett, Jr. managing broker for LIV SIR in the Vail Valley.  This is a perfect union for the two brands allowing them to provide first-class real estate service to the members at the Club at Cordillera. LIV SIR will serve as an on-site real estate liaison to homeowners, providing easier access to information on available homes or being able to view homes for sale within Cordillera.

Malia Cox Nobrega and her husband Jay Nobrega have been members of the Club at Cordillera for nine years and she is thrilled about the new venture.  “As a member of the Club at Cordillera and a luxury broker with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, I cannot be any more excited about this collaboration,” says Nobrega.  I am also building a home in the Cordillera Valley Club this year so I have a separate vested interest as a homeowner.   Nobrega notes that she feels the Sotheby’s brand is able to provide the elegant marketing and international exposure that these caliber of homes truly deserve, as well as focusing on the niche market of luxury golf homes through the specialty website, golfpropertysir.com.  When you combine that with LIV SIR’s regional marketing exposure we really have something special in the making and it is great for owners to have options in Cordillera.

Founded in 1988, Cordillera is designed with approximately 1,000 home-sites between 4 neighborhoods: the Divide, the Ranch, the Summit and Cordillera Valley Club.  With over 7,000 acres of mountain top splendor, living in Cordillera isn’t just a location, it is a lifestyle.  There are three extraordinary golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, Hale Irwin, and Jack Nicklaus, each with its own award-winning clubhouse that offers a unique ambiance and culinary experience. Owners enjoy private Eagle River fishing and several stocked ponds.  In addition to the golf and fishing, it is home to the acclaimed Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, indoor & outdoor equestrian arenas, miles of riding, hiking, and Nordic ski trails, three tennis centers, multiple swimming pools, fitness facilities, and much more!
