Independence Day Celebration 

Vail kicks off the 4th of July holiday with the annual parade beginning at 10 a.m. from Golden Peak and will wind through all villages, ending in Lionshead. The theme of this year’s parade is A Tribute to the 10th Mountain Division. Shortly thereafter, catch the Bravo! Vail: Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Patriotic Concert at 2 p.m. in the Gerald R. Average Sold Price in the Vail Valley Increases 7% for May Year-Over-Year

The most expensive sale in the Vail Valley for May was a 4,411 square-foot, 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom residence located at 925 Fairway Drive in Vail which sold for $9,850,000.  This is the second month in a row where the highest priced residence sold is located in the Vail Golf Course neighborhood.
